Philips appoints Stephanie Sievers as new Nordic Leader

Stockholm, Sweden – Royal Philips (NYSE: PHG, AEX: PHIA), a global leader in health technology, today announced the appointment of Stephanie Sievers as the new leader for the company in the Nordics, effective May 1st, 2023.
Stephanie Sievers started her career in Philips 9 years ago, and has served in a range of roles, from marketing for Philips Personal Health to General Manager Personal Health of Iberia. Most recently, Stephanie served as Head of Marketing for Western Europe Health Systems, increasing the brand strength of Philips in Europe. Previously she has worked in several global corporations and start-ups.
Digitization has unleashed a flood of data in healthcare that presents a huge opportunity but is also overwhelming clinicians, nurses, and administrators. There’s a great climate of innovation and digitalization in the Nordics, and I’m excited to work with our customers to shape the use of technology in healthcare, making the use of data easier, simpler, and more intuitive.

In her new role, Stephanie will lead the Nordic team, building on a strong foundation and delivering additional value for customers and patients. She succeeds Mikko Vasama, who has been appointed leader of Philips in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).
